Leader Know Thyself: CLA Presentation with Bill Hobbs on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2022

This spring, we are bringing CLA participants and alumni an exciting four-part series connecting the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to Ignatian spirituality and to CLA participants' continued leadership formation. This is an incredible resource for participants' ongoing CLA journey, linking current participants and alum!

CLA participants and alumni are encouraged to join Bill Hobbs, director of the Jesuit Retreat Center in Cleveland, OH, as well as a spiritual director, MBTI certified master practitioner, and experienced trainer in Ignatian leadership to learn about how Ignatius has been called the first psychologist because of his interest in helping understand motivations.

In this first presentation on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2022, Bill will provide an overview of instruments we use in CLA - the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Enneagram, and Strengths Finders – as tools to increased self-understanding, leading us to greater freedom and availability for the magis.

Registration is required. Please fill out the form below.

Future presentations will include the following:

  • Part II: An Introduction to the MBTI (Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2022, 8pm Eastern)

  • Part III: The MBTI and Spirituality (Wednesday, March 30, 2022, 8pm Eastern)

  • Part IV: The MBTI & Leadership (Wednesday, April 20, 2022, 8pm Eastern)

Bill Hobbs is the director of the Jesuit Retreat Center in Cleveland, OH, as well as a spiritual director, MBTI certified master practitioner, and experienced trainer in Ignatian leadership.
